“Al Nasr Housing and Development Company has entered into a partnership with Al Hijaz Gardens Real Estate Investment Company to develop and enhance three land plots, numbered 10097, 10094, and 10098, located in Al-Magawarah Al-Ashirah – Al-Ma’araj – Mokattam.

The project aims to construct three residential and commercial towers with a total area of 3224.5 square meters. Each tower will consist of two basements, a ground floor, a first commercial floor, and 10 residential floors.
